The TU300F heating tunnel is used to achieve perfect drying of products enrobed with fondant. The heating process is performed by an adjustable flow air loop controlled by a thermo-regulator and infrared ray heaters with ceramic insulation. The stainless steel belt is 300 mm. wide. Belt feed speed is adjustable from 0 to 4,6 m/min. An independent heating unit, adjustable up to a maximum temperature of 75°C, is placed every 6 metres along the tunnel.
