▪ SP 1/2 - “ Gravi-Flux “ . No-Stress divider with beating roller lamination and guillotine cutting. To process dough gently and produce light and wellalveolated bread texture as if worked by hand by using rolling-pin and knife.
▪ AR2 BY-PASS - “Gravi-Rondo-E” No-stress rounder with eccentric movement. The gentle rounding caress the dough like the baker's hand. The adjustable eccentricity of oscillating bell allow to round a large variety of sizes.
▪ TAV/GIG - “Gravi-Forma” : No-Stress long-loaf moulding device provided with a motorized presser belt. It gently lengthens dough pieces without damaging its texture.
▪ Versatile: Ciabatte, round and long loaves, etc. all produced by the same line.
▪ Cost-reduction: One single operator for the whole line.
▪ Compact: Only 7.4 m length. It also produces long-loaves without intermediate proofers.
