Tempering machine GAMI T520

This machine performs an automatic continuous tempering
process operation from bain-marie melting stage to tempering
stage by cooling gas system throughout refrigerant
compressor. The extractable auger screw allows speedy and
careful cleaning for switching swiftly from processing one
type of chocolate to another The bowl features a capacity of 60
kg. and is equipped with a mixer that keeps the chocolate fluid
and even. Machine is equipped with timer for self switching-on,
flow adjustment, flow-stopping foot pedal, programmable
dosing system and heated vibrating table, useful accessories
when creating pralines, chocolate bars, Easter eggs and other
different hollow shapes.
