Automatic Cutting Cakes Machine

The machine allows cutting cakes that contains: sponge cake, soft dough, whipped cream, cooked or cold cream, dried, candied or raw fruits, mousse, nuts, chocolate, ganache cream, cream cheese, fillers, jams and other similar fillings.
The obtained surface after cutting is smooth and uniform.
The cutting process is made with two blades with a back and forth movement.
▪ Cutting blades are made from stainless steel and with the possibility of being heated (the temperature of the blades depends on the cake/ product)
▪ The cleaning process of the blades is running after every cutting operation, through a system of air injection
▪ Stainless steel removable containers, for the recovery remnants that remains on cutting blades
▪ The possibility of adjusting the speed on lowering the blades, according to the consistentcy of the product
▪ Mitsubishi touch screen control panel, with 30 working programs for round cakes and 30 working programs for rectangular cakes
▪ Cakes dimensions:
- Round cakes with maximum diameter of 43 cm x 10 h cm
- Rectangular cakes maximum dimensions 46 x 66 x 10 h cm
▪ Automatic alignment of the table in the feeding/start position
▪ Automatic rotation of the table during the cutting cycle
▪ Automatic oiling of the pneumatic system that ensures the movement of ascent / descent of the blades and the cleaning system
▪ The working perimeter protection is secured by safety barriers
