Tempering machine GAMI T240

This machine performs an automatic continuous tempering
process operation from bain-marie melting stage to tempering
stage by cooling gas system throughout refrigerant
compressor.
The bowl features a capacity of 8 kg and is equipped with a
mixer that keeps the chocolate fluid and even.
Machine is equipped with flow-stopping foot pedal,
programmable dosing system and heated vibrating table, useful
accessories when creating pralines, chocolate bars, Easter eggs
and other different hollow shapes.
